About the Chef

 

Chef Patricia began her private chef services in the fall of 1998. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Chef Patricia moved to Malibu, California in 1999 to expand her private chef services. With a Culinary Arts Degree from The Le Cordon Bleu affiliated Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and Sales from Loyola University in Chicago and professional experience with Chicago area renowned, Carlos restaurant, Chef Patricia maintains and continues to develop her private chef services and her extensive client list that includes, major film, television and entertainment personalities, corporate executives, medical professionals, schools, small businesses and busy working families.

As a private chef now serving the Palm Springs, CA area, Patricia offers a professional service of meal preparation based on your specific needs. These services include, but are not limited to, daily, weekly or bi-monthly meal preparation, shopping, menu planning for organic, vegetarian and vegan diets, private parties, gourmet and intimate fine dining, corporate lunches, business meetings and special events.
